[1] Courses
The Junior Division of the College of Arts and Sciences offers courses such as Gender Studies, Gender Studies (Humanities), Gender Studies (Social Sciences), Culture and Representation (Sexuality Studies), and more. In addition to these courses, a variety of courses such as Disability Studies, Colonialism Studies, Feminist Science Studies, Diversity and Law, and Theories of Social Justice have been offered since the start of AY2023, as well as courses in related disciplines such as humanities, social sciences, and science and technology studies. Transgender Studies, Cyberfeminism, and Rethinking the Concept of D&I are also offered as Thematic Courses, aimed at encouraging smaller group discussions. Through these courses, students are able to develop awareness of and respect for diversity of sexual orientation and gender identity.

The University of Tokyo also offers the Diversity and Inclusion Program, a university-wide undergraduate education program open to undergraduate students in the Senior Division (3rd and 4th year students) as well as graduate students (any level).
